We hope you love your Bear & Bison purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Homeware & Accessories
If you change your mind about a homeware or accessory purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Bear & Bison Clothing
Our clothing is made to order especially for you rather than being held as pre-made stock.
If your clothing arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If you have ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, please contact us before returning anything so we can advise you on the options available.
Please check the size guide on each product carefully before ordering to help you choose the right fit.
Furniture
Due to the individual nature, size and delivery requirements of our furniture, please contact us directly if you need to discuss a return.
Furniture must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If any item arrives damaged, faulty, is not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and photographs where applicable. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

Delivery costs for all homeware and accessory orders are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Clothing
Our Bear & Bison clothing is made to order especially for you. Once your order has been placed, it will be sent to our fulfilment partner for production before being dispatched directly to you.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery location.
As our clothing is made to order, please allow additional time for production before dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Please note that items within the same order may occasionally arrive separately if they are fulfilled from different locations.
Furniture
We offer FREE local delivery within a 20-mile radius (Stamford uk.)
For furniture deliveries outside our 20-mile local delivery area, a delivery charge will apply. Please contact us before ordering if you’d like a delivery quote.

We also try to reuse packaging where we can, and use eco friendly and sustainable packaging when ever possible.
