Bear & Bison is an independent interiors and lifestyle brand built around thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship and the belief that home should feel unmistakably yours.

What began with more than 15 years of professional painting and decorating experience, two extensive home renovations and a shared love of interiors has grown into a complete approach to creating better spaces — from the first design idea and colour choice to the final brushstroke.

We work with homeowners who value character, quality and considered details. Whether it is one room or a whole home, our aim is always the same: to make the process feel personal, collaborative and beautifully finished.

JONNY — PAINTING & DECORATING

Jonny leads the decorating side of Bear & Bison, bringing meticulous preparation, practical experience and a sharp eye for detail to every project. His focus is a durable, professional finish that brings the wider design together.

ROXY — INTERIOR DESIGN & COLOUR

Roxy leads interior design and colour consultation, helping clients turn ideas into cohesive, welcoming homes. From layouts and finishes to colour palettes and styling, she makes sure every decision feels considered and connected.

TOGETHER, FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETION.

By combining decorating, interior design and colour expertise, we can support a project from its earliest idea through to the finished space. It means fewer disconnected decisions and one clear, creative direction throughout.

Bear & Bison now reaches beyond interiors through curated homeware and Bear & Bison Clo — relaxed clothing and accessories inspired by country living, everyday comfort and good days well spent.

Our work is rooted in homes with soul: spaces that feel warm, individual and made for real life.

 

Our inspiration comes mostly from what we have put in our own home, previous renovations and our many travels across the world.

We have been lucky enough to stay in some of the most amazing places, from cosy cottages to country manors and even private islands. Every where we have been feeds our imagination and gives us a new outlook on space and design, which we love to recreate and share with our clients.

We are always on the look out for new designs, spaces and items that we can bring back to the Bear & Bison HQ. Ensuring we provide our clients with a unique and exclusive experience through home design or homewares.

Some of the places we have travelled to and found inspiration so far include New Zealand, Iceland, Madagascar(Nosy Saba), Wales, Scotland, Budapest, Andorra, Austria, France, Spain, Morocco and Italy.

Our list of places to travel to next is pretty endless but next up we hope to be able to explore Bali, Thailand, India, Ireland, America, Mexico, Sweden and Norway.
